Viewing Call History

Keep track of all your calling activity with the call history log.

Accessing Call History

  • Go to Conversations
  • Look for the Calls tab or filter
  • Or view calls in the contact's profile

What Call History Shows

Each call record includes:

  • Direction: Inbound or outbound
  • Contact: Who the call was with
  • Date & Time: When the call occurred
  • Duration: How long the call lasted
  • Status: Completed, missed, voicemail

Call Statuses

  • Completed: Call was answered and ended normally
  • Missed: Incoming call that wasn't answered
  • Voicemail: Caller left a voicemail
  • No Answer: Outbound call that wasn't picked up
  • Busy: Line was busy
  • Failed: Call couldn't connect

Filtering Call History

Filter your calls by:

  • Date range: Today, this week, custom dates
  • Direction: Inbound, outbound, or all
  • Status: Completed, missed, etc.
  • Team member: If filtering by who made/received

Using Call History

Follow Up on Missed Calls

  • Filter by "Missed" calls
  • Click to view the contact
  • Call them back or send a message

Review Call Patterns

  • See which contacts call most often
  • Track your calling activity
  • Identify busy times of day

Connect to Conversations

Each call is linked to the conversation, so you can:

  • View call in context of messages
  • Add notes about what was discussed
  • Track the full relationship
