Filtering & Organizing Conversations

A clean inbox helps you respond faster and never miss important messages.

Filter Options

Click the Filter dropdown to filter by:

By Status

• All: Every conversation
• Unread: Messages you haven't read
• Starred: Conversations you've starred
• Recent: Activity in the last 24 hours

By Channel

• All Channels: Everything
• SMS: Text messages only
• Email: Emails only
• Facebook: FB Messenger
• Instagram: Instagram DMs

By Assignment

• Mine: Conversations assigned to you
• Unassigned: No owner assigned
• All Team: Everyone's conversations

Using the Search

The search bar lets you find conversations by:

• Contact name
• Phone number
• Email address
• Message content

Starring Important Conversations

To star a conversation:

• Hover over the conversation in the list
• Click the star icon
• Or open the conversation and click star at the top

Starred conversations are easy to find using the "Starred" filter.

Marking Conversations as Done

When you've finished with a conversation:

• Click the checkmark or "Mark as Done"
• The conversation moves out of your main inbox
• Find it later in the "Done" or "All" view

Pro Tips for Inbox Management

• Process regularly: Check conversations at set times
• Star then act: Star urgent items, handle later
• Use Done: Archive completed conversations
• Filters are your friend: Create a routine using filters
