The Conversations area is your unified inbox for all client communications. Every text message, email, Facebook message, and more appears here in one place.
What You'll Find in Conversations
- SMS/Text Messages: Two-way texting with contacts
- Emails: Inbound and outbound emails
- Facebook Messages: If connected
- Instagram DMs: If connected
- Google Messages: If connected
- Website Chat: Live chat from your website
The Conversations Interface
Left Panel - Conversation List
- All conversations sorted by most recent
- Unread messages highlighted
- Contact name and preview of last message
- Filter options at the top
Right Panel - Message Thread
- Full conversation history with selected contact
- Message composer at the bottom
- Contact info and quick actions at the top
Conversation Status
Conversations can be:
- Unread: New message you haven't viewed (bold)
- Read: You've seen the message
- Starred: Marked as important
- Done: Conversation complete (archived)
Quick Tips
- Click any conversation to view the full thread
- Use keyboard shortcuts for faster navigation
- Star important conversations to find them later
- Mark conversations as "Done" to keep your inbox clean
