Filtering & Searching Opportunities

Finding the right opportunities quickly is essential for staying productive.

Using the Search Bar

The search bar at the top of your pipeline lets you find opportunities by:

  • Contact name
  • Opportunity name
  • Email address
  • Phone number

Simply type and results will filter in real-time.

Filter Options

Click the Filter button to access advanced filters:

By Stage

  • Select one or multiple stages to view
  • Great for focusing on specific parts of your pipeline

By Status

  • Open: Active opportunities
  • Won: Closed deals
  • Lost: Deals that didn't close
  • Abandoned: Stale opportunities

By Owner

  • Filter by team member assignment
  • Useful for managers reviewing team performance

By Date

  • Created date: When the opportunity was added
  • Last activity: When it was last updated
  • Expected close date: Upcoming deadlines

By Value

  • Set minimum and maximum deal values
  • Focus on high-value opportunities

By Tags

  • Filter by any tags you've applied
  • Combine multiple tags for specific searches

Saving Filter Views

If you use the same filters often:

  • Apply your desired filters
  • Click Save View
  • Name your view (e.g., "My High-Value Deals")
  • Access saved views from the dropdown

Pro Tips

  • Combine filters: Use multiple filters together for precise results
  • Clear filters: Click "Clear All" to reset your view
  • Default view: Set your most-used filter as default
