Completing Manual Actions
Work through your queue efficiently to stay on top of your tasks.
Opening an Action
- Go to Manual Actions
- Click on any action in your queue
- The action details will open, showing:
- Contact information
- What you need to do
- Any relevant context or notes
- Quick action buttons
Completing Different Action Types
Call Actions
- Click the Call button
- The dialer opens with the number ready
- Make your call
- After hanging up, mark as complete
Send Message Actions
- Review the suggested message (if any)
- Personalize as needed
- Click Send
- The action marks as complete automatically
Other Actions
- Read the action instructions
- Do what's required (outside the system if needed)
- Click Mark Complete
Skipping Actions
Sometimes you need to skip an action:
- Click Skip on the action
- Select a reason:
- Not ready to contact
- Bad contact info
- Already handled
- Other
- The action moves to skipped status
Bulk Actions
To handle multiple actions quickly:
- Select multiple actions (if supported)
- Choose a bulk action:
- Mark all complete
- Skip selected
- Reassign
Tips for Efficiency
- Block time: Dedicate specific times for manual actions
- Batch similar tasks: Do all calls, then all messages
- Use templates: For common message types
- Don't overthink: Move quickly through straightforward actions
