Completing Manual Actions

Work through your queue efficiently to stay on top of your tasks.

Opening an Action

  • Go to Manual Actions
  • Click on any action in your queue
  • The action details will open, showing:
  • Contact information
  • What you need to do
  • Any relevant context or notes
  • Quick action buttons

Completing Different Action Types

Call Actions

  • Click the Call button
  • The dialer opens with the number ready
  • Make your call
  • After hanging up, mark as complete

Send Message Actions

  • Review the suggested message (if any)
  • Personalize as needed
  • Click Send
  • The action marks as complete automatically

Other Actions

  • Read the action instructions
  • Do what's required (outside the system if needed)
  • Click Mark Complete

Skipping Actions

Sometimes you need to skip an action:

  • Click Skip on the action
  • Select a reason:
  • Not ready to contact
  • Bad contact info
  • Already handled
  • Other
  • The action moves to skipped status

Bulk Actions

To handle multiple actions quickly:

  • Select multiple actions (if supported)
  • Choose a bulk action:
  • Mark all complete
  • Skip selected
  • Reassign

Tips for Efficiency

  • Block time: Dedicate specific times for manual actions
  • Batch similar tasks: Do all calls, then all messages
  • Use templates: For common message types
  • Don't overthink: Move quickly through straightforward actions
  • Prioritize: Start with urgent or overdue items
